    When you know you have Big / strong muscles....

    ...You can feel them, they are there...somewhere....hiding, they feel like rock, but you just can't see them very well... Taking that sentance into account, does this mean there is a layer of fat covering the muscles, or the muscles just aren't developed enough yet?
