My friends seem to not understand the importance of taking days off, they workout 7 days a week. Can someone tell me in convincing manner how to tell them the wrongness of their actions?

Every so often I get a pain in my elbow on the night after lifting. Sometimes it's gone by morning so I lift again - it might not come back for weeks at a time, but sometimes it decides to linger around. Any thoughts?
I have been lifting for two years now and 10 months ago I decided to take Cyto Gainer and it has given me incredible results (15 pounds of pure muscle over the time period as opposed to 10 pounds in the other 14 months) but I was just curious as to what all of your thoughts are on the weight gainer?

I get a left elbow pain after working my triceps. Not immediately after, but I feel it a couple days later when I do shoulders and it really limits my shoulder workout. Does anyone know what it could be? .This is my tricep workout:
