    Cardio with bulking?

    Training with no weights.

    If I could do the following exercise daily, even days when I do train with weights, will i see some marginal or solid gains? 100 pushups 25 pull ups 100 crunches would obviously improvise on the workout but this is just a general idea of what it would look like.
