    TOT & reps. This doesn't add up.

    Big traps make my delts look smaller.

    Does anyone else have this problem? Should I just stop trap work for awhile or go light maybe every other week to keep some shape and let my shoulders catch up? Maybe this is genetic and I can't change it. What do you think? Thanks.

    Cottage cheese or tuna before bed?

    I'm cutting and I need some protein food around 8pm (starving). I've been having cottage cheese (1/2 sm tub), but a can of tuna has less cals, no carbs and less protein. What do you think?
