    If I run everyday, will i take size off of my legs or will the muscle only build and get bigger. I already have fery musclular thighs and i am ataully trying to lose some inches. I dont want to do anything to make them bigger. Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!!

    how to get cut arms

    I have pretty large bi's and tri's and theyre fairly strong, but no matter what i do i cant seem to get a "cut" look in my arms. I do cardio and have sub 7% bodyfat, but i cant seem to get that chisled look. Any ideas what i can do???

    quick cardio question

    This may be a dumb question...If you go them same distance does it burn the same amount of calories whether you run or walk? i.e. run 5 miles or walk 5 miles. You're moving the same amount of weight the same distance, so do you use the same amount of energy? Sorry if this is a really dumb...
