    Cardio and Bulking...?

    Produce.....? Good or Bad

    I've looked over the forum, and maybe missed it, but I don't see anything about fruits and veggies. I eat 1-2 bananas a day, and maybe an apple also. I eat them as snacks, and as part of meals. Too much sugar in them, or are they ok? If so, are there other veggies or fruits I'd be better off...
