Based on a 5 meal plan...
505 calories a meal
51g protien a meal
51g carbs a meal
11g fat per meal
Now that i have the calculations how do i get started into the actual food...
monday: chest/delts/abs
tuesday: quads/hams/calves
wednesday: off
thursday: lats/traps/low back/abs
friday: bis/tris/forearms/calves
saturday: 0ff
sunday: off
