YO I was readying abot this new method of trayning it s called TAKE IT BY STORM. Frist you lift but second u take it like this:
1 Bench Press
2 Squats
3 Bounce it
4 Repetitions
Who has used this and won?
Hey guys this is kinda embarrassing but some times when i squat a lot of weight, a little bit of juice comes out of my ass. Only when I'm maxing out or sometimes if I fart while I'm lifting... Not all the time but it smells bad and people look at me funny in the gym.
