    Drinking Now And Again In Training

    before i started weightlifting 10 weeks ago i was what u call a binge drinker,well the weekend i would go out on a friday or saturday night and drink until total drunk. i did this at the end of week 6 and 8 i did this as well.its just to see what affect this will have on my training,wat it does etc.
