    should i have EFA's before or after a workout? i have always kept them for just pre/post sleep. I just found out that they increase O2 to blood but is this long lasting (meaning i can just have them around bedtime) or short lasting (meaning i should have it before working out)?

    This is gross

    If a certain food gives me explosive diarrhea does that mean my body is rejecting it? If i have a meal replacement shake (regardless of brand) i have explosive diarrhea about 30 minutes later.. then im totally fine. Or is my body just making room for this liquid meal?
