Looking to put on some more muscle but primarily gains that will remain and that will be dry not just water weight . Looking for realistic gains not fat . What would you recommend ?
I remember reading somewhere that if you eat meat and starch such as rice or pasta you aren't suppose to eat salad. The same if you eat salad and meat don't mix starch. Does anyone remember this or can help clarify? If this is true , where do veggies fit in? Thanks.
I have tried several manufactures prohormone stacks with varying results ,none ,too impressive.What stack have you found to be the most legit , ie.productive.
