    Did I just buy the wrong thing? Help....

    I just bought some Precision Engineered Creatine. Is this good stuff? Says to mix 1 scoop (approximately 43g) w/ 6-8 ounces of cold water or juice 2 times a day. That sound right. :confused:

    First day back.....ouch!

    I stopped lifting for a wile.....like 4 months. :eek: Anyway yesterday was my first day back in the gym.....oh man! I hurt! I hurt bad! I can't believe how hard of a time I'm having getting back in there. Let this be a lesson to me!

    Oh man I'm at 25%bf even after losing 10lbs.!!

    Wow! I just got my bf% from the nurse here at work and it said 25% :barf: with the reasonable range being 14-23. I have 41.6 lbs of fat on my body! My BMI (whatever that might be) is 26.0 and my LBM is 139.6 lbs. This is bad!

    I'm concentrating on losing fat and I'm eating 4-5 small meals of greens and chicken and a protein shake or two depending on if I lift or not. So how much cardio should I be doing?

    Yeah....another cardio question.

    I'm not cutting and I'm not a body builder...yet. Anyway, I do lift weights but I'm more concerned with losing weight right now. A friend of told me no more than 3 times a week for cardio. Is this right?

    Question about lifting on a low-carb diet.

    I'm not burning as much fat as I would like so I'm moving to a very low carb diet. I've heard that you will lose a lot of energy in doing this diet. So how will this effect my lifting? Will I burn out faster...not be able to do as many reps....etc.? PS I wasn't sure what board to put this on...

    A trainer at my gym says......

    you need to do cardio after you w/o but then I hear people say you will lose muscle that way. So what the truth?? :confused: I don't have much muscle and don't want to lose the little I have but I do have some fat I would like to get off my body.
