ive joined the gym and a bin worken out for last 3 months relii..
if you could please tell me a routine for e.g day 1 do etc etc that would be very helpfull and id be greatfull:)

i have bin doing gym work for at least 5 months now and i am just thinking to my self are my biceps geten any bigger
