So i need help coming up with a good lifting program for a track runner. im going to run track at the college im going to this spring and need help coming up with the lifting program because i haven't ran track in years and well i need the help. so please if you have any advice i'd like to hear...
for those of you still in high school on here enjoy it life after high school isnt fun. ok its fun but finding a job right now even just for the summer is hard. come on people tell us what it was like the summer after you got done with high school. it'll be fun.
alright so im 5'7ish 177lbs right now i want to get up to about 185-190lbs before next augest. my question right now though is how many grams of protein per pound should i be taking in? any other advice that you may have will be nice to know to thanks.
hey most of ya might at least have an idea of who i am. well its my SR year in high school transfered schools. went from a football team that could go to states to one of the worst schools in the state for football oh well shit happens. anyways to the weight lifting starting a new program...
