I recently change my rice consumpation from white to brown rice I've notice a big difference in the texture and taste the brown rice has which has an outer husk that tastes crunchy.... Does anyone know of another alternative(rice) that I can subtituate.

I'm in the process of using the Max-OT workout program. I just started it and wanted to know do I take a week off during the 12 week program. or one week after every two weeks completing a work out or just once during that 12 week period?
