    posture?

    knee trouble

    had a lot of knee pain today when i tried to do some squats...was using a really light weight (just warming up for one set) and my knees hurt a bit. when i added some weight they hurt a lot worse and so i stopped. if i can't do squats, what would be some good alternative exercises? thanks

    number of sets per week

    hi just have a simple question that i think i know the answer to, want to make sure though. if i'm only working each muscle group once per week, is it ok to just do 6 sets for the smaller muscles and 9 for the bigger ones or is this too little? thanks
