i have really thick lats and huge upper traps but my middle traps just arnt coming in like the rest of my back. any ideas to put a new shock to try and thicken them up. im advanced at lifting but i need something out of the ordinary i think. any advice tips or comments would b appreciated
i have been working on developing the a full pair of traps but my up traps are coming in great but my middle traps arnt thickening at all i want to get to where you can see them regardless of if im flexing or not. and i have big shoulder but only from the side how can i get that true cannon ball...
my tolerance builds too fast for n.o. xplode. anyone have any ideas on a good prepump that emphasizes mental focus cause thats what makes a great workout for me.
