-If i switched to BBS would my diet stay the same since I'll only working out once a week?
-As a hardgrainer trying to bulk up are there any flaws in BBS i should knw about?
Any extra tips, advice or expeirence with BBS are welcome.
I read somewhere ... "when bulking try to eat around 500 calories over your maintainence level"
So my question is: How do I find out about my maintainence level?
Guys I'm about to start my bulk up program, but due to circumstances its a lot easier for me to workout during the evening (9pm-11pm) and I'm wondering if this is productive or will it work against me in some way.
Could some of you experienced guys please tell me what are some downsides/upsides...
