    To Much Cardio?

    My training partner is doing cardio everyday twice a day. He is doing HITT for 20 mins and fat burning for 45 mins. Can you do to much cardio? What do you all think? His goal is to lean out. His training and diet seems to be on time.

    Does it matter

    I know this may sound crazy but if you don't ask you won't know. When I'm at home I make a protein pudding as a meal but when I'm at work I can't so I take whats in the pudding and eat it seperatly. Does it matter if it's mix togeather or taken apart.     Thinking of cutting back on me routine tell me what you think

    Current workout is one body part daily approx. 16 sets. Done in 45 mins. Have put on 12 lbsin 8 weeks. But am starting to feel fatigued. Was thinking about cuting back to 12 sets per body part. Training each muscle every 7 days. Thanks for any input.
