    cutting diet - Hp / LC Diet ???

    I heard that i should look at a low calories but high protein diet. Say 180 grams protein. aim for 1500 calories maximum. Healthy wholemeal brown carbs. Healthy omega & monosaturated fats. I am 24% Bf and have average muscle for a football player lets say. Weight 15 stone. Thanks alot

    If i eat 300 grams protein per day is there any need for steriods???? What i mean is would the protein create such a positive anabolic effect that i would not need to use sus 250 or win for example. Bcaa in eggs also help reduce muscle wastage.

    is protein and dumbells really enough.

    I have been training about 2 years now. I eat 150grams protein per day up from 5o grams before bodybuilding. I workout 2-3 times with free weights and body weight/compound exercises. I have only gained about 10pounds of muscle in 2 years. I dont take steriods and i dont do barbells.
