    Protein shake overkill?

    I eat dinner within 45 minutes after I finish my workout. Is drinking a protein shake on the way home overkill if I eat within 45 minutes post workout? I have one with complex carbs not to long before I go to the gym and sip on extend while working out.

    A little confused about progesterone

    I had blood work done and my testosterone came back at 820, free test at 115.7 and estradiol at 25. My doc gave me a compound script for chrysin/progesterone to increase my free test. I thought progesterone was a bad thing(?) Does this sound right?

    How quick should BCAAs be consumed after mixing?

    I know creatine should be consumed as quickly as possible once it has been mixed because it quickly converts into creatinine. My question is what about BCAAs? How long can BCAAs be premixed before they loose there potency or convert into something else?

    Reverse grip bench press

    I see people flat benching using a reverse grip with their palms facing back instead of forward. What are your opinions on this? Seems a little awkward and dangerous.
