    warrior diet

    belt for squats/deads?

    old school workout

    how does this workout look? Workout One 1.) Squat ??? 5 sets of 5 reps. Do 2 sets of progressively heavier warmup sets followed by 3 hard work sets. It should be very, very tough to get all 5 reps on all 3 sets. Once you can, and it will take time, add 10 to 20 lbs. and start over again. 2.)...

    does anyone have and expierence with doing tricepts and bicepts the same day? im thinking about trying and was just wondering if it was going to have any effect on my ability to gain tricept strength since they work together for most chest work?
