    Been awhile....my quick split I thought up

    shaky arms while benching again

    Well I haven't posted in about a year,but over that time I have still been lifting. I have 3 years of lifting under my belt, but my arms are shaking again while benching. Am I going up in weight to fast for my stabalizers to catch up or what? Thx

    protein you use

    What kind of protein you guys use? And how do you take it during the? I seem to never get enough during my day, if i did i would have to drink 5 shakes a day and that sucks. give me your schedule for your protein.

    I have been working out for about 1 year now pretty dilegently and I work my bi's hard to get them to grow(They havent grown). But they are never sore. What do i need to do to grow? and do i need to be sore to grow?:confused:
