Fat-free low-sodium cottage cheese in WA

    Trader Joe's Cooked Wild Rice

Does anyone know why Trader Joe's wild rice (in small orange-ish bags) contains that much sugars - 12g per 75g serving? Is this the efefct of cooking? The only ingredients specified on the bag are wild rice and salt, so there is no added sugar. Thanks.

    Calorie intake summer vs winter

Perhaps a stupid question: Does anyone adjust her/his calorie intake between different seasons (meaning that in the cold season body is supposed to expend more calories, in general)? Or the difference is negligible? Thanks.
