    upper abs?

    what is the best method to workout just the upper section of your abs? I do crunches, sit ups, and the ab roller and it seems like only my middle section is getting a work out. My upper abs are very small, then the middle is to big, it looks wierd, plz help :cry:

    Back question

    i just moved home for the summer from college and was just wondering a couple of good back exercises i could do with a bench. I normally use machine wieghts for the back, but now I cant because I do not have acess to a gym. I got a straight bar, a curling bar, and dumbells.

    A question on Protein

    I just bought some whey protein powder stuff. Does it matter how much of it i take a day? Should i start at 1 gram of protein per pound a day or can i just go to 2 grams of protein per pound. Or does it not really matter.

    I have a problem, my penis slighty bends to the left and its drving me crazy. I think I used my right hand to much as a kid while masterbating and thats the reason it bends to the left. Does anyone know how I can make it striaght??

    I was just wonderding the best way to burn body fat while gaining muscle. Acording to my scale, I have 13% body fat and wiegh 154.4 pounds, so I want to loose about 10 pounds of body fat which would put me at about 6.5%. My max for benching is 200 even right now, and i want to get it up to 230...
