    Working one muscle group a week?

    I have been working one muscle group twice a week now for more then 8 weeks. I'm going back to working the groups only once a week on a 3 day split with days off in between workouts. Just curious if most of you work groups once a week or do you intensify by going to twice a week sometimes?

    Seated cable row question.

    I always get my lower back into the seated cable row with a V bar. I have been told lately that you should not work your lower back or bend forward and pull back with some back motion. What do you think? Lower back or keep it straight?
