Anyone who has some brains about themselves knows and understands a few things:
The squat is the preeminent leg exercise
The bench is the king of the upper-body exercises
But not nearly enough people who claim to be experts in the field of strength...
901... Pulled it up like a beast :) I love deadlifts and feel its a total body workout! some really impressive stats on here... the first post I thought was a great number considering good job guys!
