i take mine 2 hours before because if i take it too close to working out i get cramps..so ive found it best to take it 2 hours before and right before pump it up with N02 AAKG
i use both. but at the right timing..i usually take AAKG Kre-Alkalyn creatine 2 hours before workout to raisse mt ATP..i also take a low dose of Arginine Alpha Ketoguterate NO amplifier then 45 minutes before workout i take a higher dosage of NO amplifier..so im way pumped..my veins are pumped...

ive tried gakic twice ..as directed..i got so strung out and it made my heart beat so fast..its like cafffeine but like allot worse...i had the worst workouts ever..i wanted to throw up it pumped me up so bad..but not in a good way at all..i like V12 and the new pill called SPIKE along with AAKG...

from what ive read and experienced 1st hand is that tyrosine increases melanin production..which would ward off the effects of the skin..how can tyrosine cause skin cancer?
i dont use a spotter and im gaining like crazy..i think if you need a spotter your pushing too much weight..a spotter should normally be used when your trying for a max..
ive gotten the biggest gains taking Dymatize BCAA;s alone than taking protein shakes..i dont know why but ive gone off BCAA's and just went on protein shakes for awhile..then im back to taking BCAA;s and im seeeing radical gains..
