    I get some clicking on a Knee that I injuried in Football many moons ago. After a good warm up the clicking goes away. Hawkens.

    I have always found that the motivation level is alot higher working out a the Gym, then at home. It's always nice to pickup workout\supplement tips from the other guy's as you work out as well. Hawkens

    Reason you started working out ?

    I started Pumping Iron at 14 years old, I lived on a Air Force Base and not much else to do to break the boredom, but go to the local base Gym. Once I entered High School sports amount other things changed my motivations. :)

    NYSC Membership price

    I remember when first starting out in my Iron Addiction paying $16 a month for a place to pump iron. Now 17 years these Great Iron Dungeons have gone away and I pay $80 a month to a club that has a very small Free Weight area. Hawkens

    new gym rules: put your weights away or lose your membership?!

    When we all were growing up our parents were always telling us to put you're toy's away when done playing with them. You would think this would be the same at the GYM. :) Just my two cents. Hawkens
