    I also get a similar pain, although it is fine when i am lifting, but as soon as i put the weight down and release my grip i get it. If i release my grip slowly the pain isn't as bad. any ideas?

    You could have a thyroid disorder. get your doctor to check for levels of t3 etc. If your always hungry, you will most likely have a hyperactive thyroid. They can control it to a certain extent, and even if they couldn't control it all they do is nuke it and give you medication such as Thyroxin...

    I was advised to do a cycle of some sort by one of the instructors at the gym. Thing is, i dont know what to take as a first cycle and what to take afterwards to stop gyno. He reccommended an m1t cycle, aint really got a clue about how powerfull this stuff is. Help plesh

    Daily Protein Intake

    yeah i know a good diet aint all about protein aswell, getting lots of EFA's, carbs etc. Just trying to gain weight at the moment so i can move up a class, then i'll worry about looking ripped :D

    ok cheers thanks alot. So far i know i am getting 96G of protein from the shakes alone, and with my diet it should easily be inbetween 190 and 280
