Thanks Michelle you were extremely helpful. I'll start doing the exercise today. What about exercises that dont really hurt the shins like leg presses and extensions? Lets stay on topic

Hey, i just want to make a point. Arnold built his chest using 20 plus sets of various exercises, while Dorian Yates built his using very low sets and reps, and very intense training. Point being that there is and always will be more than one way to achieve success in the gym. What im trying...

    Need To Blast My Arms

School him Gopro. My science is studied in the trenches, under massive iron with sweat pouring like a fukin foutain. I try alot of different things, but what i've found is that the basics are the staples of bodybuilding, and those who forget about them learn the hard way. Thanks for all the...

If people come to talk to you, simply say i can't talk right now, catch me on my way out. Works for me. Or talk while you...

    Looking for perfect backroutine

training the back correctly requires that you hit it from a varitey of angles with varried grips. Believe that the back responds best to HEAVY basic exercises. This is one of my favorite routines. Brutal, but it has always worked for me. Deadlifts-5 sets (last set to failure) 5-10 reps...

    Need To Blast My Arms

Hey, I'm looking for a sure fire routine to blast the hell outa my arms. I'm 17 years old, and my arms are stuck at around 16- 17 inches. I currently train my biceps after chest, and my triceps after shoulders. I am going to switch to training biceps and triceps together on their own day. I...

    Squats

Maybe the reason mesofreaky is so much against lifting with belts and knee wraps is because he has never got under a 500 lb squat and felt the pain all the way down to the bone. There is NO WAY IN HELL that a pair of wraps and a belt are going to lift 500 lbs for you. You have to have the...
