    How old are we?

    Will be 42 this year, back to weight training after knee surgery sidelined me. Been training for 10 weeks now started at 220 now under 200. I'm 5'8" and feeling great.

    I have a question relating to weight training and Hypertension. I've heard that weight training can actually reduce mild high blood pressure. Has anyone seen any articles on this issue?

    :confused: I've read articles stating that the best time to use creatine is before a work out, another stating after and still another stating before and after. When is the best time????

    I'm trying the Effervescent Creatine. The stuff taste awful sort of like in my case strawberry flavored alker selzer. Can this be mixed with anything other than water?
