Maybe try dropping the rebound xt, I have heard many people complain about libido issues while using it. Besides theres no need for it in pct. Just stick with the nolvadex dosage that dg pointed out and you should be good to go!

Just stumbled across this thread, but wouldnt starting this cycle off with SD be a very bad idea. You will be shutdown once the test even has a chance to take hold with starting SD a week prior to the first injection. IMO wouldnt sd be better at the end of this cycle?

I usually incorperate that aswell as some crunches and the ab wheel into an ab workout. But yea i find the ab wheel works the lower back aswell, but that is not a bad thing.
