    i agree with you.. to a certain extent. i am not a person who likes to take on fad diets... and i dont believe a south beach way of eating is a fad diet. it simply stresses eating healthy... eating the good carbs and good fats...and lets get serious, its obvious what is healthy and what is not...

    thanks for all your replies.... yea i did stretch before, and i was just doing a manual work out on the eliptical... i also hear now that you shouldnt stretch before a work out... or after.. but during! what the hell? i never know what to do anymore with all these fitness magazines telling you...

    hey everyone... im in the process of a diet that i can make a lifestyle bc im trying to loose weight ... i try to eat like 5 small meals a day, i eat small portions frequently.... all fruit, lean meats, veggies, salad, nuts, oatmeal, 2 oatbran pretzels sometimes for a snack... basically all...

    hey everyone ... i dont know if my question can be effeciently answered but heres my situation-- i used to work out alot, the eliptical (however u spell it) for 40 mins everyday was my main excersise... i did it at a high intensity and i love it... i love it so much better than running...

    whats up...please read i need quick advice

    whats up everyone, im seriously tryin to loose some pounds without like bulking up.... just looooose fat.... im cutting out all sugar , just eating alot of fruit, veg, protein and only good carbs.... and workin out as much as possible i just bought redline tablets.....i know this girl i work...
