ya doing alot of rotator excercises. getting massage/ultrasound on it everything. i plan to be a firefighter so im very careful with my shoulder. im also an injured baseball player
I'll say this very briefly, last august i tore my rotator cuff apart. had surgery on may 19th 2006 47 days in a sling and now im almost 4 weeks into physio. has anyone had this injury that can share experiences as to how long it took them to fully recover to the point where they could lift again.
ya i have benching your just using your arms/chest and hips for the most part, ur incorporating alot more muscles when you clean and press, plus you use momentum when you clean and press
i go to school and still eat every 2.5 hrs, time when ur at home just sitting around could be used to cook and prepare meals for the next couple of days. try and time it so that you eat while your switching classes or just sneak it when u go to the washroom and down it, hardcore buddy cmon!
16 and deadlifting more then 400 LOL ya right, you cant even make real fake #'s like your clean and press hsould be alot more then 200 if ur bench is 210
