I am a 26 year old male, 5'8" tall and weight 208 pounds with a waste size of 35".. I have a larger frame but have been doing alot of cardio and went from 251 pounds with a 42" waist down to what I am now..
Is it time for me to start bulking yet or should I loose even more weight before doing...
Dont want to look like a fat powerlifter but dont want to be a toothpick either.. Since im sure fat burns before muscle does will I still keep majority of the mass that I have now if I try and maintain with the workout listed above and still keep loosing fat???

Butterflys are 105-120-135 in 12-10-8 reps..
Sholder press is 90-100-110 in 12-10-8 reps..
incline press and chest press same as sholder press..
Lat pulldowns are 110-125-140 in 12-10-8 reps..

Hmm.. Any reason you would say this.. Even without fat burning pills I am burning fat at a really quick rate so im interested in what you have to say..

I know Ritalin stays in the body for 4 hours so maybe I can take the fat burning pills after work and on weekends since there isnt going to be any Ritalin in my system by then..
Im sure there are people that can do that, I cant.. I am very serious about this but mentally it takes time for me.. I look at where I am and what I can do to make things better but the past is still there..

Agreed.. Where as I was maxing at 40 beers a week I am down to like 10 or so vodka + waters a month.. Much better this way..
Didnt see the smile on there, sorry.. My end all goal is to stop drinking alltogether and/or only on very rare occasions but either way its better than before and im sure...
I think im going to do vodka and water, which is even better..
Basically my question was whats better when trying to loose weight.. Vodka or beer, and I think thats been answered..
