    no i am a photographer. i had a co worker hook me up. Age 22 height 6,0 165 - 170 lbs bench 315 (Fianlly!!!!yes got it a week ago. big PR!!!) i will get the legs tomorrow or soon. squat on the sled 380lbs press on the sled 600lbs.

    why does overtraining seem to work for me?

    hey weed is one thing occasionally but cigs do nothing, weed does something... and i would never smoke anything during, before or anytime when i was thinking or about to go lift. Back to my question?? and yours on how to improve ... possibly switch routines or something. i am always changing...

    Barbell Incline Press max

    225x4 no lift off. probably max out @ 250ish or 260 . some one told me once to get a big chest just do incline and flat . decline is for shaping only. so i only do incline and flat and very very little decline. true story or no?
