    I'm focussing exclusively on cardio now to trim down. Once I get to my ideal weight, I'll incorporate weight training into my routine. My question is, can you see a six pack abs if your body fat (BF) reaches a certain level, even without doing weights? If so, what level BF would be required.

    bread? what was the best type again?

    You had me double guessing myself this afternoon. The bread I buy is made from organic whole sprouted wheat, raisin jice, sesame seeds, water, sunflower seeds, wheat gluten, malt, yeast, sea salt. Would whole sprouted wheat be considered 100% whole grain or 100% whole wheat?
