sounds like you are on the right track.
Add some fruit and more veggies (i.e. baby carrots are quick and easy one)
Definitely cut out bread ( two slices a day max)
Lots of Water
along with your workout you describe you should back to fighting shape in no time

Try 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
tsp of low-fat mayo
6 slices of turkey breast
one slice of low-fat swiss cheese
couple pickle slices
tsp mustard
along with a fruit
some baby carrots
low-fat yogurt
and water
Thats a lunch.

I would suggest simply shopping around at your local "health food store" i.e. Sprouts, Henry's, Jimbo's (there is a nice Sprouts by my place I like to frequent). Look in the protein powder section for Cassein powder and buy the one that has exactly what you want. I'm not truly convinced on...
sounds like a sound work out regimen. From my reading up on things thus far you might not experience the gains as fast as you might like without taking in some some higher amounts of protein pre and post work out. Which is hard to acheive with food alone. just my opinion though.
