i play soccer and i have very muscular legs. there isn't a lot of fat on there at all, but when i stopped playing for a few months and basically did no cardio, my legs got fatter. i also have always been told that to keep legs from getting fat, stick to cardio.
as a girl it would just be nice to not have your stomach hang over your jeans. and if i was checking out the guy with those abs....well there would be no complaints
well Im at 23% body fat now and would love to get it lower. I am playing soccer in college but for as long as i've played and trained I have really never seen deffinition and i would love to. what are other ways to burn body fat other than cardio?
I need help with staying motivated. I can't seem to want to do my cardio anymore and I know that is what is going to burn fat for me. Any tips on how to stay motivated and what things to eat to give me a little more energy?
