    Your carbohydrates should always be low glycemic carbs with the exception of your post workout meal. I wrote an article about carbs at my website in my signature. Low Glycemic would be: Rice Cakes, Oatmeal, Veggies, Fruits, Brown Rice High Glycemic would be: White bread, soda, cake, Chips

    Trying to increase biceps mass a little more

    I suggest adding Upper back movements if you haven't already and blast those biceps with a barbell. Core Power movements really seem to get me bigger. Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Clean and Jerk, Snatch, Bent-Over Row, Inclined Weighted Situps, Barbell Curl

    Diet Review - Changes in Carbs/Fat?

    Simply just add another balanced meal to your diet or adjust every other meal as necessary. You're thinking about it too hard lol.
