    Well I've decided to eat alot, maybe not 100% clean but not chips and fast food. Taking some MRP powder too. I've put on 3-4 pounds in the past couple weeks. Maybe some fat (not much). Gonna keep eating more and more and more till I explode and or get big.

    Need help with a workout.

    This is not infin|ty, it is his brother. I need a good workout. He told me there was tons of info to be found but it's all very confusing. I'm 15, 160, 5'11". I want to increase my LBM. Look forward to your ideas/opinions/criticism. :thumb:

    How important are extra supps?

    Currently I'm trying to put on weight/get bigger, and I'm taking Optimum Protein. I take 1 shake pre workout, 1 post, and 1 before bed. Should I be taking Glutamine, fish oil/flax oil as well? How important are they to meeting goals such as mine? I'm currently following the massive eating diet.
