    Whey and creatine or just whey??? i need help.

    I mix Designer Whey strawberry with AST micro-creatine "lemon squeeze" together with about 12 0z. of water. right after my workout. Believe it or not it really taste pretty good! I also take 1 scoop of SWOLE V2 before my work-out.

    Yesterday I started a new experiment. I'M taking a scoop of Swole pre-workout, then later in the day about 6-8 hres later. I'm taking 5 grms. of AST HSC micro-creatine. Every Training day. ON my rest days No Swole just the AST... i'll let everyone know how it goes.....

    well now i might think different... Today I took Swole "BEFORE" my work-out instead of after for the first time, and I gotta say I had a shitload of energy and strength! I don't know if it was possible that it was a coincidence or if it was the swole but i felt a big difference today.

    Do any AB MACHINES REALLY work??

    yeah i think ill do crunches there not as bad as sit-ups, is it better to do them on a padded soft surface or a hard surface??
