I think being with other people helps the scary part too. I watched Paranormal Activity by myself and then again with my roommates. After I watched it by myself, I was scared and didn't sleep very well. But after I watched it with my room mates, I wasn't scared at all.
Maybe get your intake through shakes? I find alot of time when I don't feel like eating and need to get some protein I just get some whey and drink it.
I've tried meltdown, hot rox, and hot rox extreme. I'd say the best one are probably meltdown.
But no fat burner is as effective as hard cardio sessions (including HIIT) and/or below maintenance caloric intake.
