    Roman Dead Lifts

    Romanian deadlifts are primarily for hamstrings/glutes. Slightly different to stiff legged deadlifts as your knees are unlocked and your back is kept straight to take alot of focus of the lower back and put onto the hamys. Great lift when done correctly, my hamys are sitll aching :)
