    If your knee feels like its going to explode then you need to get a diagnosis, its no good trying to work around it. Could be something serious could just be a patellar tracking problem. Find out what the problem is first, then rehabilitate the joint.

    I make that 3,060 calories a day, looks good to me if workouts are 4 times a week only. An additional 100 grams of fat would bring you up to 3,960 calories a day. If I was going to increase anything it would be protein but only if you are not gaining on this protocol. Good luck!

    Sainsburys, 24 free range eggs at £2 at the moment. Chicken thighs and drumsticks 660 grams at £2 a pack so thats about £8 for 2.5kgs. I dont buy chicken breast way over priced imo. Altogether thats about £50 a week for me.

    Straps

    I have to strap for my left hand grip only, due to cubital tunnel syndrome. Didn't know what the tingling in my ring and little finger was, the ulnar nerve also affects grip. I left it too long and ended up having an Ulnar nerve anterior transposition. I'm broken :cry:

    test increases protein synthisis... but its going to decrease collagen synthisis, if you're already having tendon problems and will presumably be lifting heavy you may want to look at adding one of the drugs mentioned and decreasing the test. Just an idea
