Taking next week off thanks to this thread. Really needed a break. Been over 6 months without a break. Usually I try and take some time off, just got away from me
Well dairy bloats me and gives me crazy gas, so I do:
4 scoops whey, 2 cups of oats, banana, frozen berries, 2 cups of water. I think it's 800ish calories. I split it up and drink half pwo and the other half late day
The preworkout is more of a personal thing....I know it doesn't add muscle, but it's a nice kick of energy to get going.
I'm still not sold on intras, just don't feel the bcaa doing anything when I take them.
The rest is a waste. I could get by with whey, multi, and a pre
Not sure if right place to ask. But does naps ship all of their accordo rx from Canada or just the ones listed. Because they have no orals listed on domestic, but accordo makes orals listed on the site
I did a search but couldn't find a thread. I'm looking for a list or large breakdown of all steroids and what each one is used for. So what steroids are good for bulk, which are good for strength, etc.
Any help is appreciated
