    Like Dave says diet is huge. Really the most important part. Cardio will just help out. As for working your abs you have to hit them hard when you do them. They are a muscle so push hard and the will develop. Also like stated creative can bloat so that could be another factor.

    I agree with bird here. If a product is worth using then mixing it won't matter. Sometimes adding a different brand can add to results because most company's use different powders so your body might absorb one better then the other.

    You can run as long as you want. Just lower doses for a bit then ramp back up. If your not up for a year of needles 16-20 weeks will be a good cycle. Followed by hcg after that length

    I agree get an extra of things that way you don't end up short. Tren e at 150 EOD is a lot. Tren a would be a better choice and not as hard on your cardiovascular system if that means anything. Won't get gassed walking a flight of stairs....

    I would go with halo. Dbol will retain water that halo won't. Plus halo is great at hardening. Tbol would also be a good choice and not as hard on the system if var is too much $$$
