    i love them too! i used to actually do dropsets with deadlifts, when i couldn't do 495, i would go as high as 405, then drop the plates id rep out 405 for 4-6, go 315 for failure, 225 to failure with maybe a negative control or a pause at the top, it would kick my whole body! (:
