seated military press PR 210lbs 1 rep (video)

man good work but you do way too many warm up sets if your going for a 1rm. u did 200lb and just got out 2 reps but kept tiring urself out with another 3 assisted. I would've just went from the 185lb set straight onto 215lb as u got 210lb fairly easily and still tried another which means its not really ur 1rm. i think u probably could get 220lb if u dont do too many sets before attempting
 
If your trying to max out bud, you should drop the amount of reps on each warmup and save alot in the tank for the heavy stuff. I think you can even get 225.
 
Imma try my PR sometime, I improved my max bench from 265lbs to 325lbs, my goal was just to get 300lbs and no more. But now I got an itch to get 400lbs!! Lol

thanks bud (: haha i am training smart (: i wouldn't say I'm maxing out, its a part of my workout, maybe i could've gotten 215 or 220 for a rep, but i wouldn't try it yet. you know what mean?

thanks bud, i wasn't trying to max out though , the goal was to just get failure with 210 wether its 1 or 5, i don't think 210 was my max out pr however it was a PR to me since I've never tried it, but i most likely could get 215 or 220 (:

thanks bud! i don't know about 225 that is heavy, haha. its not I'm trying to max out though, its kinda how i train. usually ill do a warm up, then i go moderate, and then build up to heavy weight because i want to warm myself up to that weight, and then train with a heavy weight like the 200 or 210 on the press. its an odd way to train i guess but i really like it (:
